Your property deserves visuals that match its price.

We help independent hotels, resorts and travel agencies build a professional visual production system so your team creates consistent, high-quality content long after we leave.

The visual gap that costs you bookings.

Inconsistent content

Every property tells a different story. Photos vary in quality, tone and style across your website, OTAs and social media making it hard for potential guests to understand what you actually offer.

Agency dependency

You hire a photographer for a weekend, a videographer for a reel. Each time, you start from scratch. There’s no continuity, no shared visual language and the cost adds up without building anything durable.

No internal system

When there’s no process in place, content production depends on whoever is available. No shooting guidelines, no editorial calendar, no shared standards. Every piece of content starts from zero.

What we actually do.

Most independent hotels produce visual content reactively — a photographer booked for a weekend, a freelancer hired for a reel. No consistency. No system.

We come on-site for two to four weeks. We build a complete media library — photos, videos, short-form content — and set up the routines, standards and editorial calendar your team needs to keep producing after we leave.

By the end of the mission, you don’t just have content. You have a system.

On site immersion

We spend two to four weeks at your property — long enough to capture every space, every light, every experience your guests actually live. Not a one-day shoot. A full production residency.

Team training & protocols

We work alongside your staff from day one. By the end of the mission, your team knows how to frame a shot, edit a clip, and publish content that reflects your property’s level — without calling anyone in.

Lasting visual standards

We leave behind more than files. A content calendar, shooting guidelines, and editing templates your team can follow independently. The quality doesn’t stop when we do.

Case study

Strela Travel, Cape Verde.

01 - The situation

Andreas built Strela Travel into one of Santiago Island’s most complete hospitality operations accommodation across multiple properties, restaurants, guided tours and transfers. The offer was strong. The visual identity wasn’t keeping pace.

Each property communicated independently, without shared standards or a consistent production system. The gap between what Strela actually offered and how it appeared across booking platforms and social media was limiting its ability to attract the international travellers it was built for.

02 - What was done

Over three weeks on-site, I (Olivier) built a complete media library from scratch a hundred photographs covering all properties and key guest experiences, a drone footage bank capturing the island’s landscape and each location from above, and two long-form films presenting Strela Travel’s full offer to international audiences.

Alongside the production work, I ran a structured training programme with Jessie, Andreas’s deputy, and the managers of each property. The goal was operational autonomy not a one-off handover. That meant practical photography and filming skills adapted to their equipment, accessible editing tools they could use independently, and a content calendar giving the whole team a shared rhythm for publication.

03 - The result

Strela Travel’s visual presence is now consistent across all properties and communication channels. The media library produced during the mission has been actively used since on booking platforms, social media, and the website.

Jessie and the property managers left the engagement with the tools, the skills and the editorial structure to keep producing content independently. The communication no longer depends on occasional outside contractors.

★★★★★

Before Olivier came, each of our properties was communicating on its own, without any coherence. We had no real system, no visual standards. Olivier didn’t just produce content — he built the foundation we needed. My team now knows how to shoot, edit and publish consistently. For the first time, what people see online actually reflects what we offer.

Thank you once again for your kindness, creativity, and for the wonderful memories from your stay with us. We look forward to welcoming you back to Dunas de Sal one day. Are you planning a little visit to Sal again anytime soon? It would be a pleasure to see you here again.

The team

Olivier Rouxel

I’ve spent the last ten years running a visual production studio in France — managing client relationships, directing shoots, building content strategies, and delivering work across photo, video, motion design and web.

That experience taught me something most freelance photographers don’t learn until much later : producing good visuals is only half the job. The other half is building the system that makes those visuals useful — consistent, repeatable, and aligned with how a business actually communicates.

That’s what I bring to hospitality. Not just a camera and an eye for light — but the operational thinking of someone who has run a studio, trained teams, and built communication workflows from scratch.

I work with independent hotels and resorts that are serious about closing the gap between what they offer and how they present it.

I came to creative direction through a long fascination with aesthetics — painting, fashion, design, and the way visual choices shape how people feel about a place. Over the years, I’ve built a genuine audience of over 350,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok, not by following trends, but by developing a consistent visual language that resonates with people across cultures.

What I bring to each mission is a trained eye and an instinct for what makes a space desirable. On-site, I work closely with Olivier to shape the creative identity of the property — ensuring that every visual decision, from light and composition to styling and tone, is intentional and aligned with the establishment’s positioning.

I’m fluent in English, French and Arabic. My social media presence is not a side feature of what we offer. It’s a direct extension of the mission : real content, produced on location, shared with an audience that travels, discovers, and books.

I believe the most powerful thing a property can do is make someone feel something before they arrive. That’s what I’m here to create.
